The State

The State is committed to promoting a global environment favourable to business and innovation and to supporting the research and development effort deployed within the competitiveness clusters.

What is a competitiveness cluster?

There are currently more than 60 competitiveness clusters in France. As the name suggests, the mission of competitiveness clusters is to enhance competitiveness in France. They act by identifying innovative structures on their territory in specific areas related to the sector of activity of the cluster in question. The structures identified as innovative can be companies, industrialists, research and training structures, etc.  Competitiveness clusters include members, whom they support in their innovation projects: advice, expertise, search for funding, etc.

The Hauts-de-France Region and local authorities

The Hauts-de-France Region and the local authorities support the TEAM2 competitiveness cluster and the regional sectors in order to increase the performance of regional companies and structures so that they can face European and global competition.
